Local organic ginger!
We are growing organic ginger unlike anything you can find in the grocery store. We harvest our ginger young, so it is low fiber, skinless, and with a complex flavor that sets it apart from all others. Ginger is a long, warm season crop that is sprouted indoors in March, grown inside a hoop house through the summer and harvested starting in September.
