Local organic ginger!
We are growing two varieties of organic ginger unlike anything you can find in the grocery store. We harvest our ginger young, so it is low fiber, skinless, and with a complex flavor that sets it apart from all others. Ginger is a long, warm season crop that is sprouted indoors in March, grown inside a hoop house through the summer and harvested starting in September.
